Lean Body XT Bootcamp is a 50-Minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that focuses on multiple muscle groups and combines cardio, core, strength, and functional movements for an overall great workout. Classes are smaller than other larger gyms. This will provide you with more attention from an experienced trainer to make sure your form is correct and you get an effective workout.

Utilizing a variety of equipment, this boot camp will maximize fat loss, strengthen your muscles, and increase cardiovascular endurance. By challenging our bodies at high intensities, your body will work harder to recover oxygen that was lost during the workout, also called EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). This will ramp up your resting metabolism and fat burning enzymes, making you burn more calories up to 24-48 hours after the workout.
